Plans, credits and billing

Your wallet, credit activity and orders

Updated August 28, 2026

On this page

The billing page is the single place where money, capacity and history live. Here is what each section does.

Your plans

A card per active subscription, showing:

  • Credits this period — used against total, or Unlimited.
  • Monitored regions — how much of the slot pool is in use.
  • Team — seats used against total, with a link to manage them.
  • Period — the current billing window.

Plus any status notices: a trial end date, a scheduled cancellation with a warning about how many monitoring jobs it would deactivate, or a cancelled subscription.

Accounts with no subscription see a Free-plan card instead.

Monitoring slots

The pool card: a bar showing slots in use, a table of any active slot packs with their renewal or end date, and buttons to add more. Each pack can be cancelled at the end of its period, with a confirmation explaining what happens to jobs afterwards.

On the Free plan this section explains that slot packs require a paid plan.

Credits

Your wallet. It shows the balance, the next expiry date, a Buy credits button, and a table of every credit lot:

ColumnMeaning
SourcePlan allowance (expires with the period) or Credit pack (12 months)
RemainingHow many are left in that lot
ExpiresThe date they lapse

Seeing lots separately matters: it tells you which credits to spend first, and Demarka spends the soonest-expiring ones automatically.

Credit packs

The same pack cards as the pricing page, anchored at #packs so links can jump straight here.

Credit activity

Every movement of every credit — granted, used, refunded, expired — with the reference it relates to and the date. A filter narrows it to one reason.

This is where to look when the balance is not what you expected. A refund after a failed assessment, or an expiry at the end of a billing period, will be sitting here.

Order history

Every purchase: order, items, consumption, date, status and total. Completed orders expand into their consumption history, showing which trademark and country each unit went to and linking to the resulting assessment.

Invoices and payment methods

Manage billing opens the secure payment portal, where you download invoices and receipts, set the company details and VAT number that appear on them, update your card and see upcoming charges. Demarka does not store card details itself.

All charges are in US dollars — see Invoices, receipts and currency.
