Multi-country bundles

Selecting more than one country in the assessment wizard creates one report per country, grouped into a bundle.

What a bundle costs

One credit per country. Nothing extra for the bundle itself — the summary is compiled from the reports you already paid for.

The bundle summary page

Reachable from the assessments list or from any report inside it via Bundle summary.

• A badge shows progress: “Based on 4 of 7 countries — updates as remaining complete”.
• Cross-country observations call out patterns, for example that every country came back Clear.
• A per-country table lists, for each country: the classes at risk, the absolute-grounds risk, the relative-grounds risk, the Registration Outlook, the overall success chance, the main obstacle, and a link to open the full report.
• Filter chips — All, Low risk, Medium risk, High risk — narrow the table, and each row expands into its per-class breakdown.

The summary appears once at least two countries have finished. Countries still running are listed as such; nothing is lost while you wait.

Countries finish independently

Each report is generated on its own. Some will be ready while others are still processing, and a single failure does not hold up the rest. A failed country is refunded automatically and named in the completion email.

The European Union: one report or twenty-seven

This is the decision that most affects your credit spend.

European Union as a single target — one report, 1 credit. It assesses an EU trademark application, which covers all 27 member states at once. This mirrors how you would actually file if you want EU-wide protection: a single EUTM application at the EUIPO.

Each member state separately — 27 reports, 27 credits. This tells you how each national office would treat a national filing, one country at a time.

Choose the single EU assessment if you intend to file an EUTM — which is the common case. Choose per-member-state assessments only if you plan national filings, or if you specifically need to know which individual countries are problematic.

If you select all 27 member states, the wizard collapses them into the single-report option automatically and offers a link to opt back out.

Exporting a bundle

The download dialog gives you three choices:

• All countries in one document — the overview followed by every country’s report.
• Overview only — just the at-a-glance table.
• One country — a single report.

Sharing a bundle

A bundle has its own public share link, separate from the individual reports. Anyone with the URL sees the summary and the country reports, read-only.
