Which features are not gated

Worth knowing, because these surprise people in the other direction:

• Full search results, with all filters and sorting, on the Free plan.
• Downloading an assessment as PDF or Word, on every plan — the report was already paid for with a credit.
• Sharing an assessment or a bundle by public link, on every plan.
• Chatting with a finished assessment, on every plan.
• Buying and spending credits, on every plan including Free.
• One monitoring slot, on the Free plan.

The distinction that catches people out

Search result export and sharing is plan-gated. Assessment export and sharing is not.

The reasoning is simple: a search is included in your plan, so distributing its output is a plan feature. An assessment was bought with a credit, so it is yours to take away regardless of plan.

What to do

• If you need it once, check whether an alternative route is open. A saved search cannot be exported on Free — but the assessment you run from it can.
• If you need it regularly, upgrade. Plans compared shows where each feature starts.
• If you are on a team subscription and something is blocked, check with the owner: entitlements follow the subscription, and members inherit whatever it includes.
