See what it coversFinding similar trademarks is just the beginning. Every result still needs to be checked for relevance, actual business overlap, and potential conflicts.
Search results can contain hundreds of marks. Finding which ones deserve attention takes time.
Nice classes aren't enough. Actual goods and services must be compared to determine whether businesses overlap.
Registration status, territorial coverage, refusals, and limitations can change how relevant a match really is.
Relevant conflicts still need to be assessed. Absolute grounds and country-specific rules add another layer of analysis.

Corsearch pricing references public 2021 materials; current pricing may differ. The comparison focuses on pricing model and included workflow components. Absolute-grounds analysis here means a structured per-jurisdiction assessment of whether a mark can register on its own merits — not isolated descriptiveness signals drawn from office-action records. Multilingual cultural & linguistic screening means screening for descriptive, deceptive or offensive meaning in a jurisdiction's own languages — not cross-language conflict matching.

Talk to usNo. Demarka provides a structured second opinion — a jurisdiction-level verdict with its reasoning and cited conflicts. Final judgment stays yours: you can adjust the final verdict in the report to reflect your own assessment.
Quick analysis reads the results of one search and labels each similar mark Conflict, Review or Dismiss, with a short reason. It checks how close the name is, the owner's goods and services against your business, the mark's status in your countries and, if you upload one, your logo. It is included in every plan, spends no credits and has a monthly limit. The clearance report goes further: absolute grounds, local office practice and a registration outlook for each jurisdiction.
The conflict search is deterministic, not generative — the same query returns the same result every time. AI works on the search results: it filters obvious non-matches, labels the results in a quick analysis and writes the reasoning of the clearance report. It never invents a conflict — every mark it labels or cites comes from an official register.
Official national registries and WIPO Madrid — 100M+ active and recently expired marks, synchronized continuously. Cancelled or long-expired marks are excluded because they cannot block a new registration. Every report shows its sources and their last-update date.
Registry-based clearance has natural limits: unregistered common-law rights, very recent filings not yet published, and evidence outside official records. Demarka flags known gaps where relevant — final legal judgment remains yours.
Most clearance reports are ready in minutes. A large multi-jurisdiction run, or one submitted at peak load, can take up to about half an hour — still the same working session, not days or weeks.
Yes. Demarka is operated from the EU (Portugal) and is GDPR-compliant. See our Privacy Policy for how client data is hosted and handled.
No, Demarka has no image search. The search finds earlier marks by their words, so a mark made of an image alone stays outside the results. Logo comparison is a separate step on top of those results: when you upload your logo, Quick analysis and the clearance report compare it with the logos of the marks the search has already found.
