Plans, credits and billing
Teams, seats and white-label
On this page
Team plans let several people work from one subscription, sharing its credits and monitoring capacity.
How sharing works
Members spend the owner’s wallet and slot pool. There is one balance, not one per person — which is what makes a firm plan economical, and what makes it worth agreeing internally who runs what.
Seats are included per plan: Practice includes 5, Firm includes 15, Enterprise is unlimited. Flex and Solo are single-seat.
Inviting someone
Open Billing → Team. The owner can send an invitation by email; the recipient gets a link to accept.
- Pending invitations count against your seat limit, so an unaccepted invite still occupies a seat.
- Invitations expire; the expiry date is shown in the invitations table.
- You can resend an invitation email or revoke it.
At the seat limit, inviting is blocked with an explanation — remove a member or upgrade.
Accepting an invitation
The invited person opens the link, sees who invited them and which subscription it is, and chooses Accept invitation or Decline. If they are not signed in, they are asked to sign in or create an account first.
If a link has expired or already been used, ask the owner to send a new one.
Managing members
The members table lists name, email, role (Owner or Member) and join date. The owner can remove a member at any time; the member’s own account and their past work stay intact, they simply stop drawing on the shared quota.
If you end up over the seat limit — usually after a downgrade — the seats card warns you and asks you to remove a member or upgrade.
White-label branding
Available on Firm and Enterprise. It replaces Demarka’s logo and name with your firm’s across:
- the app interface
- public shared pages your clients open
- exported PDF and Word documents
Set it in Billing → Team → White-label branding: enter your firm name and upload a logo. A wide logo on a transparent background works best; PNG, JPG, WEBP or GIF.
A small “powered by Demarka” credit remains.
This is the feature that lets a practice hand a client a clearance report that looks like the firm’s own work product, which is usually the point of the Firm plan.
