Plans, credits and billing
Credit packs and slot packs
On this page
Two different top-ups, easy to confuse. Credit packs buy work; slot packs buy capacity.
Credit packs
One-time purchases of assessment credits, in packs of 1, 3, 10 and 25. The 10-credit pack is marked best value; larger packs have a lower price per credit.
- No subscription required. They work on the Free plan.
- Valid for 12 months from purchase.
- Spendable on anything credits buy: assessments, or credit-funded monitoring.
Buy them from /billing#packs or from the pricing page. If you run out mid-assessment, the
insufficient-credits dialog offers the cheapest pack that covers your shortfall.
Slot packs
Monthly add-ons that enlarge your monitoring slot pool by +10, +25 or +50 slots.
- Paid plans only — they cannot be added to Free.
- Recurring monthly, and stackable: add several if you need more.
- Cancel any of them at the end of a billing period.
When you cancel a slot pack, its slots stay in the pool until the paid period ends. After that, monitoring jobs that no longer fit are paused — never deleted — and resume automatically when room returns.
Which one you need
| You want to… | Buy |
|---|---|
| Assess another name or another country | Credit pack |
| Watch more marks or more regions, ongoing | Slot pack |
| Watch one extra mark for a fixed 12 months | Credit pack, then fund the job with credits |
| Do more of everything, permanently | A bigger plan |
Packs versus upgrading
Packs are the right answer for spiky, occasional work. A subscription is the right answer for steady work, because included credits are cheaper per unit than packs.
The billing page watches this for you: if your credit-pack spending over the last 90 days would already have paid for a plan, it says so and names the plan.
Where purchases appear
Every pack purchase appears in Order history on the billing page, and every credit it granted shows in the wallet’s lot table with its own expiry date. Manage billing opens the payment portal for invoices and payment methods.
