Troubleshooting
You have used all your searches this month
On this page
What you see: the results are replaced by a panel reading “You’ve used all 5 searches this month”, with the reset date.
Why
The Free plan includes 5 new searches per calendar month. You have used them.
What counts — and what does not
This is the part worth knowing, because most people have more searching left than they think.
Does not count:
- Paging through results you already have
- Filtering or sorting an existing result set
- Re-running an identical query in the same month
- Opening a saved search
Counts: a genuinely new query — a different name, different countries or different classes.
So if you are exploring one name, you can filter and re-slice the results as much as you like for a single search.
Your options
Wait for the reset
The allowance resets on the 1st of each month at 00:00 UTC. The panel shows the exact date.
Work with what you already have
Saved searches remain fully available: open them, filter them, sort them, and start assessments or monitoring from them. None of that spends a search.
Upgrade
Every paid plan includes unlimited search, plus export and sharing of results. Flex is the entry point. See Plans compared.
Use credits instead
If what you actually need is a decision on one specific name, an assessment does not consume a search — it costs a credit, and credit packs need no subscription. The assessment runs its own, far deeper search internally.
A different message about rate limits
If you see a limit message on a paid plan, that is a short-term anti-abuse ceiling on searches per hour and per day, not your monthly allowance. It clears on its own within the hour. If you hit it during normal work, contact support.
