Monitoring

Renewing, pausing and deleting a watch

Updated August 27, 2026

On this page

All four actions live on the monitoring list and on each job’s detail page.

Pausing

Press Pause. The job stops running immediately and keeps everything — settings, history, past runs.

Pausing is the right move when a watch is temporarily irrelevant: a market you have stepped back from, a dispute that has settled.

Note that a pool-funded job still occupies its slot while paused. If you paused it to free capacity, delete it instead, or move the job you need onto credit funding.

Resuming

Press Resume. Two things are checked:

  • A pool-funded job needs room in the pool. If there is none you get the no-slots dialog, offering a slot pack, an upgrade, or credit funding.
  • A credit-funded job needs an unexpired term. If it has run out, resuming means renewing.

Renewing a credit-funded watch

Credit funding lasts 12 months per region. Thirty days before it expires you are notified by email and in-app.

Renewing costs one credit per region and buys another 12 months. Alternatively, if your plan has spare capacity, move the job into the slot pool and it will run for as long as your subscription does, with no further credits.

If the term ends before you act, the job pauses and keeps everything. Renewing later restarts it with its history intact.

Deleting

Deleting removes the job and its entire run history. It cannot be undone and it is not refunded — neither a slot pack nor spent credits come back.

Delete when you are certain the watch has no further value. Otherwise pause.

Growing an existing watch

Adding countries or regions to a live job charges the difference immediately:

  • pool-funded: the extra slots must be free in the pool;
  • credit-funded: one credit per additional region.

If neither is available the change is rejected and nothing about the job is altered.

Free trial monitoring

A trial watch runs for 60 days with no card and no slot. You get a reminder two weeks before it ends and a summary when it does. Subscribing to a paid plan claims the trial job into your slot pool so it continues without interruption.
